PANOS EMPORIO UNDERWEAR
uses GOTS and FSC certified materials.
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is recognized as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres. It defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire organic textiles supply chain and requires compliance with social criteria as well.
Who gets certified?
Only textile products that contain a minimum of 70% organic fibres can become GOTS certified. All chemical inputs such as dyestuffs and auxiliaries used must meet certain environmental and toxicological criteria. The choice of accessories is limited in accordance with ecological aspects as well. A functional waste water treatment plant is mandatory for any wet-processing unit involved and all processors must comply with social criteria. The key criteria of GOTS, its quality assurance system and the principles of the review and revision procedure are summarized in this section.

We are FSC certified for our Panos Emporio Bamboo underwear.
We have started the FSC journey together with our vendor with the goal that all Panos Emporio bamboo products are to be FSC certified.
We started in 2022 with the first product, the 10pk boxer PEMU410, and today all PEMU articles with bamboo are certified.
All our Panos Emporio bamboo products are made from FSC certified bamboo,
and we are working towards completing our goal - to have all bamboo products FSC certified.
Panos Emporio's PEMUxxx is made from 100% FSC® certified bamboo.
