The story of the brand PANOS EMPORIO is in many ways the story of it's founder, Panos Papadopoulos, and is a tale of passion and total commitment.
Forced to flee from his native Greece because of his political conviction, Panos created a swimwear empire in his new country Sweden. Introducing the winning combination of innovative design, skillful entrepreneurship and groundbreaking marketing, he soon elevated the brand to a leading position.
In 2019 Syversen AS/AB acquired the swimwear brand.
Keeping with the core values; innovation, style, happiness, love and quality,
we promise that every product signed by Panos Emporio is created with love & care.
We apply these values to every detail of everything we do; the look and feel of our products, the display of our collections and the way in which we meet our customers.
At the heart of PANOS EMPORIO there will always be swimwear, but in addition we have developed products for both every-day, and swim related moments. Coverups for the beach, a lunch by the pool, or when you just want to feel at ease strolling around during a peaceful vacation, and still look your best. In our collections you will find towels, flip flops, coverups, hats, and tote bags, and in 2021 we extended the collection to include the most comfortable underwear, legwear, apparel and loungewear.

SUSTAINABILITY
As brand owners we have a responsibility to push forward, and to make better products. Better to wear, better for your skin and at the same time better for our planet. Sustainable is a difficult word to use when producing textiles and we are working hard every day to creat better products in every way!
1. DESIGN
Making more sustainable products makes noe sense if no one wears them. The product itself is priority number one, it must be desirable.
2. PURPOSE
We create products that are suitable for more than one occasion. Products to live in, for many situations and basic needs.
The more you use it, the more sustainable it is.
A sustainable product must also be functional, it has to be as good as all other options, or better, but at the same price.
3. SCIENCE
We create our products using technology and as many innovative & recyclable elements as possible without compromising on quality and design. Making better products, and working to be sustainable starts with choosing the right materials. We strive to work with suppliers who can guarantee and supply certified better materials.
We spend a lot of time looking at fit, seams, material and innovations like support panels, ventilated fronts, blending fibers like bamboo-cotton and wool-tencel, creating versital garments that are mulit functional and comfortable.
4. DURABILITY
Quality is key. It is important to ensure our products are durable. We design items you want to use year after year.
5. PACKAGING
We removed all plastic and are using recycled paper only on our packages.
